Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (the "Site") operated by GOVR Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Site" means the website the Company operates to provide information such as its company profile, technical capabilities and development work.
- "User" means anyone who accesses the Site and uses the information it provides under these Terms.
- "Content" means all material posted on the Site, including text, images, video, diagrams, logos and software.
Article 3 (Effect and amendment of these Terms)
- These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Site.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Amendments will be posted on the Site, with their effective date and the reason for the change, at least 7 days before they take effect.
- Users who do not agree with amended Terms may stop using the Site.
Article 4 (What the Site provides)
The Site is operated to provide information about the Company's business areas, technical capabilities, development work, patents and certifications. It has no membership sign-up and does not sell goods or services or take payments.
An inquiry made through the Site is not an offer or acceptance of a contract. Specific terms of any transaction are set in a separate contract.
Article 5 (Availability and interruption)
- As a rule, the Site is available 24 hours a day, all year round.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Site when unavoidable, such as for system maintenance, replacement or failure, loss of communications, or natural disasters.
- The Company may change or discontinue the content of the Site without prior notice, and is not liable for any resulting loss to users unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Intellectual property)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content belong to the Company.
- The Company's trade name, logo and service marks are its assets and may not be used without its prior written consent.
- Users may not use information obtained from the Site for commercial purposes, or let third parties do so, by copying, distributing, transmitting, publishing or creating derivative works from it, without the Company's prior approval.
- Third-party trademarks and names shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Article 7 (Notice on images and video)
Much of the visual material on the Site, including the hero video and key visuals, is concept imagery created with generative AI. It is staged to explain the direction and use cases of the solutions the Company is developing, and it does not show actual product screens or user interfaces.
The smart glasses solutions presented on the Site are in the research, development and field-testing stage, and the images do not guarantee product specifications or performance at any point in time.
If you would like to see actual implementation screens or a demonstration, please contact us at the details in Article 10.
Article 8 (Notice on development work)
In line with confidentiality obligations under its contracts, the Company does not disclose client names, formal project titles or contract values for the development work shown on the Site. The work is described by the technical areas and what was built, and industries are shown as general categories.
This is not meant to understate or overstate the Company's work; it protects the information of the parties the Company works with. If you need to confirm specific work history, we will provide details individually, to the extent the client consents.
Article 9 (User obligations)
Users must not do any of the following.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
- Place excessive load on the Site by automated means, or collect Content in bulk by methods the Company does not permit
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
- Alter and distribute information posted on the Site
- Otherwise violate applicable laws
Article 10 (Protection of personal information)
The Company protects users' personal information as required by the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
